TOV LIFESTYLE | 67 | 4 6 5 Coffee or tea? Or do you have a different go-to drink? In leisurely moments, I enjoy sipping unsweetened green tea, almost as if it were water. When I'm in work or adventure mode, I need a strong mocha latte, hot with oat milk and an extra shot of espresso. I usually grab one of these lattes from Au Bon Pain across the street from our Miami office, and once I have it, there's no stopping me. What's the most rewarding part of your job? I think it's important for everyone to see themselves through the eyes of someone who loves them. When your best friend or partner takes a photo of you mid-laugh or retells a story of something silly you did, there is a certain light and love you can see in it all. Engaging in social media feels akin to that experience. I get to share and narrate the story of TOV through my eyes and allow everyone to witness how special we are as a company. It's incredibly rewarding when we launch a new collection or achieve milestones like HP Market, and I see everyone turning to our social media for the retelling of our journey. I get to showcase the most beautiful parts of TOV's story and celebrate our successes. It's deeply fulfilling for me. What do you like to do on the weekend? My weekends are spent exploring Miami! I'm relatively new to the city, so I'm still discovering new restaurants, vintage pop-ups, and girl walk meetups. Lately, I've been fixated on trying all of Julia and Henry's restaurants. It's a three-level building with international fusion cuisine. To walk up a flight of stairs and be transported from Peruvian poke bowls to Sacher Torte Cakes is a remarkable experience. Not to mention, they have a world-renowned chef making ramen. I spend my free time eating, lol. 7 If you could choose one song to listen to for the rest of your life, what song would it be and why? This is so challenging because I'm such a hopeless romantic and deeply nostalgic person, so music is essential to my ability to function. I can't imagine life without any of the songs I love. If I had to choose just one song to hold onto, though, it would have to be "I Gotta Find Peace of Mind" by Lauryn Hill (the live recording). It's a raw display of emotion about Lauryn's quest for inner peace and self-discovery, which is really what we're all constantly striving for in this complex life. This song has carried me through so much and brought me solace in my toughest moments. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a comforting embrace in the form of music.
