In 2020 it can feel almost impossible to unplug from your phone. The never-ending hustle of work life and constant
engagement of social media creates a dynamic where we rely on our phones for everything. Reports say that the
average American checks their phone every 12 minutes, and that number climbs the younger you are. Let's be
honest, it's not ideal. Being online takes us out of the real world and there are better ways to spend our time.
It's time to take a step back, put our phones away and engage with the world around us. We are more than just
our Instagram or Twitter feeds and as the seasons change it feels like no better time to implement positive habits.
