TOV LIFESTYLE | 61 | The definition of a Pouf defined by the British Dictionary as "a large solid cushion, usually cylindrical or cubic in shape, used as a seat." It is derived from the French word, "pouffe," which has the same meaning. The pouf can be used as extra seating for house guests. If you have company coming, or just need an extra chair, turn your pouf into that last seat so no one is ever left standing. Pick up a pouf for your living room and use it as a footstool for tired feet. Try a pouf in your nursery as a footrest for your rocking chair or glider. Place a pair at the end of your bed for seating in lieu of a bench, an easy place to sit while putting on or taking off shoes. Place two or three poufs in the middle of your family room to serve as coffee tables. A great trick for parties with lots of snacks is to put a tray on top of your pouf and presto! You have an extra side table. If you have little ones, consider skipping the sharp corners of a coffee table and try a group of poufs instead. Poufs are, as their name suggests, softer than coffee tables and are surely more kid-friendly. They can be used to bring a pop of color to any room without replacing the main furniture items. Poufs are a great way to add an extra bit of you to a room. They're versatile, lightweight and easy to move, so you can easily scoot it around your living space, or even move it from room to room as needed. Poufs come in a wide range of budget-friendly options and are easy to switch up as your tastes change. Be it in the form of color, pattern, texture, or sparkles everywhere, find a pouf that shows off your style and put it to work in any space.
