PREPARATION:
Sauté kale with garlic, olive oil,
and red pepper flakes to taste. You
don't need to wilt them all the way.
Remove sautéed kale for now, then
add your sauce, water, and penne to
the pot. Season with salt and pepper
to taste. Let your pasta cook. Once
cooked, add your desired amount
of cheese, cashew milk, salt, pepper,
and kale into the pot. Combine the
ingredients, plate, serve, and enjoy!
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 bag of chopped kale
4 garlic cubes (or more!)
1/2 box of penne pasta of your
choice
1 cup of cashew milk/whole milk/
cream
1 jar of tomato sauce
Shredded cheese blend of your
choice
Salt and pepper to taste
Red pepper flakes to taste
1 cup of water
1 Tablespoon of olive oil

This recipe has it all: veggies, cheese, tomato, and garlic! It's absolutely delicious, and it's all cooked in one
pot. Plus, you can easily customize it to suit your taste. I like to prepare this when I'm craving a hearty
lunch or dinner, often making extra portions for the next day as it holds up well in the fridge too.
